Firm Factory Network is a group of entrepreneurs and experts aiming to develop ideas, start-ups and turn-arounds into successful businesses.

Founded in 2005, FFN has been involved in more than twenty different companies. Our experienced and diverse management team brings a variety of competences to the table and greatly adds to the quality of our services. We believe in doing, not talking.

Cases & Projects

Cases are generated through an opportunistic entrepreneurial approach combined with a systematic scanning of macro trends, mature markets and emerging technologies for business ideas, acquisition prospects and potential partners.

The chosen opportunities are then financed by the Firm Factory Network in concert with carefully chosen private investors, industry players and venture capital partners.

Selected business concepts will initially be developed and market tested by Firm Factory Network, ensuring access to competence while providing flexibility, cost efficiency and synergies. Firm Factory Network will minimize costs and risk in the early phases by sharing resources across projects, smoothly redirecting money and effort between projects in the portfolio depending on requirements and potential.

As a business venture matures, after 1-3 years, it will be spun off, directly financed by external investors or positive cash-flow and staffed with an independent management team supported by Firm Factory Networks’ specialists.
