I love the entrepreneurial process with special focus on business creation. To create a new idea or improving an existing concept, defining a business plan, finding the right team and to ascertain financing and resources to make it all happen is my passion and joy.

With experience from more than 40 start-ups in various roles such as founder, CEO, chairman and investor, I have started, grown and exited companies in a large variety of industries and phases and have experienced both setbacks and great success. I have co-founded companies such as Workmint, Tradera, Hyrahyra, Booli, Loanland and MedUniverse in the Internet arena, but also participated in the family business Kaplans Auktioner and Kaplans Safir.

In addition to my entrepreneurial experience I have worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture, senior advisor at OMX and management for hire at both public and private companies, in Sweden and with international assignments.

What is your main expertise?
Apart from concept development and business creation my main contributions usually center around recruitment, corporate finance, M&A and coaching the CEO on operational and strategic matters.

I am the CEO of Firm Factory Network, and as such I’m chairman of Loanland, Hyrahyra, FFN Internet Retail Holding, Click Invest, Workmint and a board member of Freespee.
