Loanland is the first Swedish marketplace for loans offering people-to-people lending on the Internet.

The business model is auction based and the borrower and lender both determine their own conditions. The borrower creates his loan request which defines the requested amount and maximum accepted interest rate and starts the auction.

The lenders then bids on available auctions defining their minimum return accepted. Loanland administers the marketplace and the loans, which enables lenders to increase their return and borrowers to realize their dreams.
